There are several reasons that could explain this:
- Your account has been closed. In this case, a message will be displayed when you login to this account. Please contact the Customer Service for more details.
- Your email address is already used for another account, and it is not possible to create a double.
In this case, please use "forgot password" to reset your password, or create another account with a different email address.
- If you are experiencing a display error, please clear your cache or browsing history.
For Google Chrome, we invite you to click on the shortcut for "Customise and control Google Chrome" => "History" OR press Ctrl + H on your keyboard. A dialog box will appear. Please select "all" in the drop-down menu next to "delete items:", then tick the first 4 boxes before clicking on the button labelled "delete browsing data" at the bottom of the dialogue box.
For Mozilla/Firefox, we invite you to click on the shortcut for "open menu", click on the "history" icon and "delete recent history" OR simultaneously on the keys of your keyboard Ctrl + Shift + Delete. A dialog box will appear. Please select "all" from the drop down menu next to "Interval to be deleted:", then tick the first 4 boxes before clicking on the button at the bottom of the dialog box labelled "delete now".
